My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Valdichiana below, and the price was reasonable compared to other fancier hotels in the area. However, there were some downsides like the very small rooms without curtains, no drinks facilities, a broken shower head, and a leaking shower that caused the floor to get wet.
